Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supply chain planning experience in S&OP, demand, and/or supply planning.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in ambiguous situations.
• Understanding of basic statistical modeling methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly demand planning process for finished goods.
• Collaborate with the S&OP team for demand review.
• Develop monthly demand forecasts using data analysis.
• Analyze customer sales data and internal order systems.
• Lead continuous improvement in demand planning.

Skills

Knowledge of enterprise planning software

Experience with MRP systems

Strong analytical skills
