Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Active and good-standing RVT in Kansas.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Passion for mentoring veterinary professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service.
