Pioneer Animal Hospital in Leavenworth seeks an experienced RVT to lead our clinical team, elevate patient care, and support hospital growth. This role blends hands-on patient care with mentorship, staff development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Veterinary Technician experience.
  • Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of Kansas.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style.

What You'll Do
  • Team Training & Mentorship- Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants
  • Hospital Operations & Patient Care -Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service
  • Inventory Management
  • Marketing & Community Engagement -Partner with leadership to promote services and strengthen community relationships
  • Safety & Compliance -Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols
Schedule and Compensation:

Compensation:$23-$26 per hour, for each hour worked

This is afull-timeposition, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday.NO WEEKENDS!

Full-Time Benefits Package*
  • Bonus Package:$2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Kansas.
  • CE Allowance:$500-$1,000 based on tenure and credentials
