Qualifications

• 3+ years of Veterinary Technician experience.
• Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of Kansas.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Team Training & Mentorship – Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Hospital Operations & Patient Care – Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service.
• Inventory Management
• Marketing & Community Engagement – Partner with leadership to promote services and strengthen community relationships
• Safety & Compliance – Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols
