Brentwood Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Lead RVT to mentor our team while remaining hands-on with patients. The role supports exceptional patient care and a collaborative culture established over 50 years in Brentwood, CA.

You'll split time between patient care and leadership, guiding technicians, overseeing workflow, and partnering with hospital leadership on training and daily operations. This full-time role offers growth in a long‑standing community hospital.

Qualifications

• California RVT license
• Several years of veterinary technician experience
• Leadership or coaching experience
• Strong anesthesia skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for developing others
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach veterinary technicians and assistants
• Lead by example in a fast-paced clinical environment
