Best Roofing is looking for a skilled technician to diagnose and repair roofing defects, lead apprentices, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will plan daily tasks, manage materials, and communicate clearly with clients to recommend appropriate solutions.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to company procedures, and developing the next generation of roofers through coaching and hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• OSHA 10 certification is required (attend class if not held).
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a SAFE work environment.
• Adhere to Best Roofing Fundamentals.
• Plan daily work and jobs in advance.
• Manage service truck; keep stocked with supplies.
• Provide service recommendations based on roof condition.
• Train and coach apprentices; provide recognition and corrective actions.
• Direct apprentices; inspect work as required.
• Record time accurately for all jobs and apprentices.
