Job summary

Advanced Roofing is seeking a Roofing Service Technician to locate leaks and perform high-quality roof repairs in a safe, timely manner. You will work onsite with courteous, professional service and contribute to defined projects and preventative maintenance.

Requirements include 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 100 lbs, and willingness to pass drug/physical screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• 3-5 years commercial roofing service technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional roof repairs safely and timely, treating customers and colleagues with respect.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of all roof systems (e.g., BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal).
• Assist in operating and maintaining company equipment (vehicles, power tools, phones, hand tools).
• Maintain trucks, ensure they are stocked and cleaned inside and out.
• Use industry-standard repair techniques.
• Complete daily assignments with proper paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
