Responsibilities include leading test in bay activities, preparing Test Specific Instructions, performing testability analyses and driving process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 9+ years of experience or 7+ with graduate degree; in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead Test Engineer will work with Design Engineers from multiple programs to set up testing in compliance with Test Plans.
• Write Test Specific Instructions to support Program Test Plan that incorporates all required instrumentation.
• Coordinate Instrumentation of the test motor per the test plan; previous instrumentation experience and MIL-STD-810 familiarity is a plus.
• Provide direction to Test Team during test in bay.
• Assist with motor moves into Conditioning Chambers as needed.
• Set and program Conditioning Chamber temperature per Test Plan; Espec controls experience is a plus.
• Generate presentations and coordinate with Quality Assurance for RCCA investigations.
