Qualifications

• Requires 2-year or 4-year Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Software.
• 4–6 years of dedicated robotics, PLC, and vision integration experience.
• Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa, or ABB platforms with PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems and CAD/SolidWorks.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and reside within a 45-minute commute of Greater Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and configure I/O networks on Fanuc, ABB, or Yaskawa robots.
• Design control logic to coordinate with master PLC controllers and other equipment.
• Deploy industrial vision systems for guidance, inspection, and handling.
• Lead in-house assembly, wiring verification, and EOAT integration.
• Perform on-site field commissioning 30–40% of the time at domestic and international client sites.
• Support applications engineering with layout insights and feasibility data.
• Mentor junior technicians to optimize build workflows and meet client specs.
