Serve Robotics in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Service Technician III to lead the fleet repair operation. You will drive complex diagnostics, coordinate daily repair workflow, and set quality and reliability standards for the technician team.

This leadership‑in‑role position requires mentoring junior technicians, partnering with Engineering, Product, QA, Manufacturing, and Operations to improve reliability, and ensuring complete repair documentation and safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive technical experience in electro‑mechanical, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or related industries.
• Advanced troubleshooting capability across integrated mechanical‑electrical‑software systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex or ambiguous failure resolution.
• Strong documentation discipline and the ability to mentor and influence peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of high‑complexity mechanical, electrical, and integrated software failures.
• Coordinate daily shift repair prioritization based on fleet impact and SLA requirements.
• Analyze repair data and identify systemic failure patterns; drive reliability improvements.
• Mentor Technician I and II in troubleshooting methodology and documentation standards.
• Provide Supervisor coverage and advise on repair complexity trends.
