Job summary

Skydio is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, output, cost, and schedule objectives. The role reports to the Manager of Production and owns daily execution, staffing, and process adherence.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, people-focused leader who drives safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production, quality, planning, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience leading production employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor execution.
• Experience managing staffing, priorities, and changing operational requirements.
• Experience using KPIs such as output, yield, cycle time, downtime, and labor efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned areas, lines, or programs.
• Execute production plans with safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Establish daily targets, staffing plans, and labor allocation.
• Monitor production and address material, quality, equipment, or staffing constraints.
• Develop recovery plans when behind schedule.
• Maintain floor leadership and 5S standards.
