Job summary

Skydio is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in our Hayward, CA facility. You will own daily production execution, staffing, quality, material readiness, training, and adherence to processes.

You’ll partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to drive safe, on-time, and cost-effective output. The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading production teams, strong floor presence, data-driven decision making, and a proven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience supervising production employees.
• Knowledge of shop-floor execution and processes.
• Experience using KPIs such as output, yield and cycle time.
• Strong communication and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned areas.
• Execute production plans ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Set daily targets, staffing plans, and labor allocation.
• Monitor performance and resolve constraints.
• Develop recovery plans when behind schedule.
• Maintain floor leadership and 5S standards.
• Communicate production status to leadership and cross-functional teams.
