Job summary

Boston Dynamics seeks an experienced leader to drive large-scale robotics integrations across multiple sites. You will manage a multi-tier team, establish governance, and oversee portfolio delivery with emphasis on risk management and value realization.

The role requires deep PM expertise, strong executive communication, and hands-on coordination with sales, product, and field teams. Extensive travel and leadership in fast-growing environments are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in technical project/program management with leadership.
• Portfolio management of complex robotic/automation integrations.
• Strong governance, risk management, and PM frameworks.
• Experience scaling PM processes across teams and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-tier team including Strategic IPMs and Integration Coordinators.
• Establish governance, risk registers, and repeatable execution frameworks.
• Own integration delivery strategy across robotics product lines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Applications, Product, and Customer Success.
• Set standards for third-party vendors and on-site integrations.
• Standardize tools, templates, and deployment processes enterprise-wide.
