Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking an Integration Operations Coordinator to serve as the central staffing and scheduling hub for customer integration projects. You will align FAEs and IPMs with project demands, track headcount, and integrate manufacturing lead times into project plans.

You’ll own portfolio dashboards and analytics, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Business Operations, and drive process improvements to maximize utilization and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, resource allocation, program operations, or professional services operations.
• Proven track record of building operational dashboards and reporting suites.
• Direct experience managing complex scheduling dependencies involving hardware lead times, resource capabilities, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Background in management consulting, resource staffing, or field engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master timetables with baselines, milestones, critical paths and task sequences.
• Analyze staffing pipelines with leads to plan allocations balancing client, office and individual needs.
• Allocate resources to engagements based on capabilities, project complexity, travel, and utilization targets.
• Oversee active and historical assignments to ensure exposure to diverse projects and experiences.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain to track lead times and hardware readiness for scheduling.
• Develop and optimize portfolio dashboards tracking engagement types, engineer utilization, bench capacity and risks.
• Monitor workloads and build capacity forecasts to balance resources across the portfolio.
• Interact with Finance, Legal and Business Operations to align on budgets, contracts and process improvements.
