Job summary

Therma-Tron-X, Inc. (TTX®) is seeking a Welding Automation Lead in Wisconsin to oversee automated welding systems, robotics, and related processes.

You will collaborate across engineering and production to drive innovations in weld automation and maintain equipment performance. The role demands a strong welding engineering background, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with robot welding systems, with additional emphasis on improving processes and safety within the manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in welding automation or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming and operating robotic welding systems.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated welding systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to incorporate weld automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding automation equipment.
• Train and mentor team members on the use of automated welding systems.
• Maintain regular maintenance and upgrades of welding automation equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine specifications.
