Job summary

Titan Production Equipment, LLC is seeking a Robotic Welder Operator to join our welding team. You will perform robotic welding of steel in various shapes, sizes, and thicknesses with little supervision, ensuring assemblies meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include programming and operating the robotic welder, reading blueprints, and mentoring teammates. A high school diploma or GED with welding training and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with additional training in welding and machine operations.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Basic math: counting, arithmetic, and understanding units including metric system.

Responsibilities

• Programs, sets-up, and operates robotic welder.
• Builds or modifies tooling for product and new design.
• Complete fit-up of structure, pipe and accessories for vessels.
• Welds in multiple positions.
• Trains and mentors others.
• Identify metals and alloys (mild, high strength steel, aluminium, stainless).
• Use measuring devices and gauges to determine thickness and size of metal.
• Read and follow blueprints to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
