Qualifications

• Develop, qualify, and document welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and resolve defects.
• Familiarity with AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX and related codes.
• USA citizenship or Green Card and commutable to Pewaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and mentoring of Robotic Welding Technicians.
• Develop, document, and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Evaluate processes, configurations, and tooling for part access and repeatability.
• Ensure code compliance and investigate nonconformances with corrective actions.
• Provide technical input on project estimating and requirements.
• Support equipment integration, robot commissioning, and process validation.
