Recover-Care in Gardner, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise staff, oversee resident care, and ensure the highest quality care in line with facility policies under the DON.

Responsibilities include completing admission and transfer records, administering medications, coordinating admissions/discharges, and daily resident checks, with strong leadership and English proficiency as core requirements. Join a team dedicated to excellence in resident care.

Qualifications

• Educational background: graduate of accredited nursing program with current KS RN licensure.
• Leadership abilities and willingness to collaborate with staff.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Complete RN record‑keeping forms during admission, discharge, transfer and other events.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physician.
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge of residents, including transportation/planning.
• Provide professional nursing services as outlined by facility policies.
