Job summary
Recover-Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our Kansas facility. You will join a team of healthcare professionals and work under the direction of nursing leadership to ensure top-quality care.

Qualifications
- RN certification or license is required.
- Caring and loving personality and demeanor.
- Leadership and mentorship skills.
- Ability to work your scheduled shift.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Enhance clinical care and quality of life for residents.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
- Check residents daily to ensure proper treatment and monitor status.
- Keep RN Supervisor informed about residents, staff and related matters.
- Implement changes directed by RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
- Perform professional nursing procedures per facility policies.
- Complete all nursing records for admissions, discharges, transfers, etc.
- Participate in nursing shift handoffs and report delivery.
- Investigate complaints and grievances and log reports.
- Present a professional image to residents and families.
- Adhere to facility policies and standards.
