Job summary

TheKey is seeking a licensed RN to lead and coordinate in-home care teams, supervising clinicians and ensuring high-quality client care. You will assess clients, develop care plans with physicians, and monitor progress while maintaining regulatory compliance across the care team.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in healthcare or elder care, CPR certification, and strong communication skills to effectively partner with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Three to five years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately notes in system.
• Ability to provide care in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and overall management of client cases.
• Assess the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental status of assigned clients to plan care.
• Provide nursing services per the plan of care and monitor client response.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and train the clinical team as needed.
