Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct client care and supervise clinical staff across locations, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to state requirements. The role includes leading the clinical team, coordinating care plans, and ensuring timely documentation and regulatory compliance.

Travel to client homes 50–75% of the time is required; RN license must be active in the state. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on aging in place for clients at home.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment and active in good standing.
• 3–5 years of healthcare, elder care, social work, or related experience.
• Current CPR Certification and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and manage client cases.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental status of clients.
• Perform initial client assessments and coordinate care plans.
• Provide nursing services per plan of care and update as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and training requirements.
• Lead training sessions and supervise caregiver performance.
