Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Supervisor, Employee Occupational Health to support our team at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA. This full‑time role supervises and coordinates occupational health services, supports employee health and safety initiatives, and oversees daily program operations.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with an active RN license and BLS certification, plus experience in occupational health and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN license current.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required.
• Experience in occupational health, employee health, or workers’ compensation.
• Experience coordinating daily operations and supporting staff activities.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Supervisory or program coordination experience preferred.
