Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license active in Virginia (VABLS) required within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care for Home Health participants.
• Conduct initial and periodic assessments; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Administer nursing care and medications as needed; provide health maintenance guidance.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure care quality.
