Qualifications
- Current RN certification in State of Kentucky.
- BSN degree preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards.
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed.
- Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
- Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth.
