Qualifications

• Ability to lead by example with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with attending physicians to provide patient care and record progress notes.
• Oversees L.V.N.s, C.N.A.s and other staff in nursing procedures.
• Reviews nurses' notes for accuracy and alignment with orders and patient wishes.
• Administers treatments, medications, and starts IVs as required.
• Interprets diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Creates Plan of Care with nursing staff and leadership.
