Qualifications

• Current RN certification in State of Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed.
• Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
• Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth.
