Job summary

AdvantageCare Physicians is hiring a Registered Nurse (Care Team Supervisor, Specialty) in East New York. You will provide professional nursing care and act as the primary liaison among patients, staff and physicians within the Advanced Care Model.

You will supervise the specialty care team, mentor staff, manage scheduling and delegation, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and organizational policy. A BSN is preferred and ACLS is required for GI/Cardiology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS required for GI and Cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and support patient safety and quality of care standards.
• Serve as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians for the Advanced Care Model.
