Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Concord, MA is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to direct patient care within our REI team. This full-time role requires strong clinical leadership, experience in reproductive medicine, and the ability to coordinate nursing staff and daily workflows to improve patient throughput and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations.
• BSN degree highly preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in reproductive medicine.
• Experience as a lead or supervisor is a plus.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on patient care as an REI Nurse.
• Leads nursing staff and addresses clinical questions.
• Coordinates weekly nursing assignments and staffing.
• Ensures patient distribution is balanced across staff.
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager to ensure policy compliance and safety.
• Conducts regular team meetings and staff development.
• Identifies workflow bottlenecks and improves efficiency.
• Supports OSHA, QA, and Risk Management programs.
