Everleap Fertility is seeking a Lead Fertility Nurse to guide a team of nurses while remaining hands-on with patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and nurse leaders to drive quality care, improve workflows, and support growth across locations.

The role emphasizes mentorship, operational support, and adherence to nursing policies. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in reproductive medicine, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations.
• 2+ years’ experience in reproductive medicine.
• Previous team lead or supervisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws for physician practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care as a practicing REI Nurse.
• Lead nursing staff and create weekly nursing assignments.
• Coordinate onboarding and development of new staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Address patient concerns related to nursing care promptly.
