Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Concord, MA is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to direct patient care and supervise nursing staff in reproductive medicine. This role requires active RN licensure and leadership capabilities to guide a team through daily operations and complex patient flows.

The Lead RN will partner with Nurse Manager to optimize staffing, assure compliance with policies, and foster a culture of exceptional patient care and safety within a network of fertility practices.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations - required
• BSN degree preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws for physician practices

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on patient care as a practicing REI Nurse.
• Serves as a resource for nursing staff and guides patient care.
• Leads nursing staff to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Creates weekly nursing assignments and distributes staff workload.
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager to ensure policy compliance and updates.
