Everleap Fertility, a network of fertility practices, seeks a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) in Concord, MA. The role directs patient care as an REI nurse, provides leadership to the nursing team, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures while optimizing patient flow and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, a BSN preferred, and 2+ years in reproductive medicine, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Active RN license without limitations – required.
• BSN degree highly preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in reproductive medicine.
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws for physician practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provides hands-on patient care as an REI Nurse and leader.
• Guides nursing staff and answers clinical questions.
• Creates weekly nursing assignments and balances patient distribution.
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager to ensure policy compliance.
• Leads regular team meetings to share updates and training.
• Identifies workflow bottlenecks and improves throughput.
• Participates in recruitment, onboarding and training of nurses.
• Addresses patient concerns related to nursing care promptly.
• Maintains timesheets, PTO and related records.
• Communicates company policies on health and safety.
