Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our wellness-focused team in Virginia. You will provide expert nursing care, lead clinical operations, and mentor nurses in a vibrant, non-traditional setting that emphasizes client wellbeing.

You will oversee IV therapy, injections, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, while ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role blends clinical leadership with strategic growth in a health-forward studio

Qualifications

• Licensed RN required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience administering IVs and injections preferred.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.
• Strong communication and ethics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
• Administer IV drips, injections, and other nursing services with precision.
• Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals.
• Educate clients on IV Drip and IM Shot ingredients and benefits.
• Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions as needed.
• Document client visits in EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to support Restore mission.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
