Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Plano, TX seeks an experienced Lead Nurse to guide a team of nurses and oversee clinical operations in a wellness-focused environment.

You will manage staffing, conduct onboarding, and ensure high-quality patient care while delivering IV Drip Therapy, IM injections, and related services. A leadership mindset, strong communication, and ED/ER or ICU background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with applicable state license.
• Two years of nurse experience in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg or similar).
• BLS certification required.
• Proven leadership or management skills.
• Experience administering injections (at least one year).
• Comfort with electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend nursing calls and lead a team of Restore Nurses.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new RN hires in collaboration with GM.
• Schedule management for part‑time nurses and performance evaluations.
• Administer IV therapies and IM injections as part of service menu.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and oversee compliance with policies.
