Restore Hyper Wellness in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to guide a team of Restore Nurses and deliver our IV Drip Therapy, injections, and other wellness services.

You will manage schedules, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, supervise compliance, and champion exceptional patient care in a friendly, non-clinical environment. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current license.
• Minimum 2 years in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
• BLS certified.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Experience administering injections and using EMR.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ethics and integrity; team player and independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurse team, perform monthly chart audits, and train new RN hires.
• Interview candidates and onboard new staff with GM collaboration.
• Manage schedules for part-time nurses and address staffing needs.
• Provide supervision, disciplinary actions when needed, and ensure compliance.
• Deliver IV Drip Therapy, injections, HBOT, and EMR documentation.
• Educate clients on treatments and promote memberships and services.
• Participate in community outreach and maintain safe clinical operations.
