Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure residents receive appropriate care.
• Administer Medications: safely administer prescribed meds.
• Implement Care Plans: execute care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments: deliver treatments as required.
• Transcribe Orders: accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: keep timely, accurate nursing notes.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: ensure seamless communication.
• Educate Support Staff: train staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards: uphold infection control and body mechanics.
• Address Staffing Needs: arrange replacements during shortages.
