Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement and execute resident care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments as required for resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate during shift reports for continuity of care.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing needs by arranging for replacements as necessary.
