Brooke Knoll Village in Avon, Indiana, is seeking compassionate Licensed Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. You will supervise unit staff, provide total resident care, assess needs, and help develop and implement care plans in line with facility standards and state/federal regulations.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and Indiana license in good standing; preferred at least one year in long-term care.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current Indiana nursing license in good standing.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in Long Term Care or related field.
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude, including confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness and conscientious use of time.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise/manage personnel on the unit.
• Be responsible for total care of all residents on the unit and supervise direct care staff to meet residents’ needs.
• Review daily nursing staff assignments to ensure duties match ability and training.
• Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit.
