CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery to provide full-time care in a high-volume setting.
The nurse will deliver bedside care through pre-pregnancy to postpartum, interpret fetal data, and collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in L&D and 1 year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED, plus an active AZ RN license and BLS/ACLS/NRP with fetal monitoring certifications within 6
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience and 1 year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED.
- Nursing degree from an accredited school.
- Active RN license in Arizona.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications within 6 months of hire.
- BSN is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive labor and delivery care from pre-pregnancy to postpartum.
- Interpret fetal monitoring data and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams.
- Act as clinical leader and supervise patient care when needed.
- Ensure safety and comfort for patients and families.
- Participate in hourly rounding and contribute to positive outcomes.
