CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery to provide full-time care in a high-volume setting.

The nurse will deliver bedside care through pre-pregnancy to postpartum, interpret fetal data, and collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in L&D and 1 year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED, plus an active AZ RN license and BLS/ACLS/NRP with fetal monitoring certifications within 6

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience and 1 year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications within 6 months of hire.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery care from pre-pregnancy to postpartum.
• Interpret fetal monitoring data and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams.
• Act as clinical leader and supervise patient care when needed.
• Ensure safety and comfort for patients and families.
• Participate in hourly rounding and contribute to positive outcomes.

Position:

Responsibilities:

Deliver bedside care from pre-pregnancy to postpartum, interpret fetal monitoring, collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams, act as a clinical leader, supervise patient care, ensure safety and comfort, participate in hourly rounding, and potentially serve as charge nurse or OB triage provider.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience and 1 year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED; nursing degree from an accredited school; active RN license in Arizona; certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring (within 6 months of hire). BSN preferred.
