Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery for a full-time, day shift position in a modern unit.

You will provide hands-on bedside care across pre-pregnancy, labor, delivery, and recovery, while leading care teams and ensuring safety and clear communication during the birth process. You will interpret fetal monitoring, collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams, and may serve as charge nurse with experience.

Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery, providing full-time, day shift care in a high-volume, modern unit.

Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on bedside care through pre-pregnancy complications, labor, delivery, and recovery; interpret fetal monitoring and anticipate labor progression; collaborate with NICU, OR, ED, and Couplet Care teams; act as a clinical leader by supervising and delegating patient care; ensure safety, comfort, and effective communication during the birth process; participate in hourly rounding and uphold evidence-based standards; may serve as charge nurse or OB triage with experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience and 1 year in NICU, postpartum, antepartum, ICU, OR, or ED.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (required by end of orientation), and fetal monitoring (within 6 months).
• Preferred: BSN degree.
