Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certificate or Kaiser PPSP equivalent at hire.
• Perinatal/OB knowledge and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead health care team and delegate tasks while ensuring quality patient care.
• Apply nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Document care accurately in patient records and use hospital systems effectively.
• Monitor patient safety, administer medications, and ensure discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate care to patients and families.
