Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor in LDRP on a full-time basis. The role emphasizes leadership, staffing oversight, and direct patient care within a 12-hour shift structure, aligned with the Watson Model of Care.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote patient-centered care while actively participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in LDRP nursing.
• Current California Nursing license.
• BSN required or must complete BSN within 5 years of hire date.
• Maternal Child Health Nursing certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Medical Staff and other personnel as primary contact.
• Supervise laboring and postpartum mother-baby care.
• Plan admissions and transfers with Care Management and ensure timely discharges.
• Anticipate staffing needs and manage shift assignments and breaks.
• Deliver direct patient care when necessary and mentor staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a safe, compliant unit environment and monitor regulatory standards.
