Job summary

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
- Minimum 1 year administering IVs and injections.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong mentoring, coaching and communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to compliance and continuous learning.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead medical operations within the studio with safety and compliance in focus.
- Mentor nursing staff and train front desk team on medical services.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and prescriptive wellness guidance.
- Drive medical department revenue through activations and service excellence.
- Monitor medical KPIs and optimize processes to meet studio goals.
- Collaborate with GM to integrate medical services into operations.
