Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to blend clinical leadership with smart operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and strict regulatory compliance in a fast-growing wellness studio.

You will mentor nurses, oversee scheduling and staffing, drive service excellence and memberships, and partner with the General Manager to implement activations while maintaining a safe, friendly, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• RN license and active registration in the state.
• At least two years of nursing experience in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of IV administration experience.
• Experience using electronic medical records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to ethics, integrity, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and guidance to clients in a wellness setting.
• Administer IV drips, injections, and other services with precision.
• Educate clients on treatments and benefits of services.
• Lead the nursing team, mentor staff, and support front desk colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with medical safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive revenue through service excellence and membership programs.
• Collaborate with GM to plan activations and studio goals.
