Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a Lead Registered Nurse to steer medical operations within the studio, serving as a clinical expert and business driver. You will mentor the nursing team, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver reliable, high-quality services that align with studio goals.

You will partner with leadership to optimize processes, train staff, and drive patient-centric care while maintaining a fast-paced, compliant environment that supports growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in acute care (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
• Minimum 1 year administering IVs/injections.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services.
• Ensure strict compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with GM to implement activations and studio goals.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
• Model servant leadership and foster a high-performance culture.
