Job summary
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to guide a team of nurses in a wellness-focused environment. You will lead staffing, training, and compliance while delivering IV therapies and other services to clients.
The role requires an RN with acute care experience, BLS certification, and strong leadership. Expect collaboration with the Medical Director and participation in community outreach, in a fast-paced retail wellness store setting.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN with active state license
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Experience leading a team of nurses
- Experience administering injections
- Proficient with EMR systems
- Strong ethics and patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Restore Nurses with monthly audits and training
- Interview and onboard nursing candidates
- Manage schedules of part-time nurses
- Ensure staffing during operating hours
- Collaborate with Medical Director and providers
- Maintain compliant store operations and safety procedures
- Document client visits in EMR and report issues to Medical Director
- Participate in community nursing events and outreach
