Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse in Marlton, NJ to blend clinical excellence with business impact and oversee medical operations in the studio. You will mentor the nursing team, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality client care.

This hands-on leadership role requires 2+ years in acute care, RN licensure, BLS certification, and a passion for wellness. You will collaborate with the GM to grow medical services while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER/ICU/Med-Surg)
• Minimum 1 year administering IV/injections
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Passion for wellness and patient care
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to compliance and continuous learning
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
• Administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services with precision and professionalism.
• Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with client wellness goals.
• Train and support RNs in clinical operations and protocols.
• Educate front desk staff on medical services to enhance client support.
• Ensure strict compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence.
• Partner with the GM to develop and implement activations to meet studio goals.
• Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results.
• Collaborate with the GM and leadership to integrate medical services into studio operations.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
• Model servant leadership and contribute to a high-performance culture.
