Job summary

The Valley Health System's Summerlin Hospital seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care and professional leadership to the healthcare team. You will oversee staff in line with patient-centered care and service excellence standards.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Nevada RN licensure is required; BSN preferred. 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time acute care experience is desired, with BLS required and PALS/NRP as needed by the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada; BLS, PALS/NRP as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision; demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
