Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit specific certification (ACLS, PALS).
• Experience in the assigned clinical area.
• BSN within four years of hire/promotion; any education agreement prevails.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary care on the shift and department.
• Assess patient status and develop an individualized care plan with the team.
• Direct and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team per plan and licensure.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans; ensure documentation and safety standards.
