Responsibilities

• Deliver a regular read on RL research performance vs baselines and incidents.
• Prioritize, rank, and track the state of experiments with RL org leads.
• Drive end-to-end research reviews and set the agenda with the right context.
• Establish processes that bring structure to a fast-growing research setting.
• Collaborate with research leads, infrastructure engineers, and data operations to identify blockers and make trade-offs.
